Re: Tree Fix - Alternative set of Trees for Prepar 3D 4.5 / Sydney V2
Hi George. I had a go at your tree fix but all FlyTampa trees still seem pretty pale compared to those dark green ones by ORBX Australia v2. Also there is a weird "multiple texture" thing going on with your trees. - P3D v4.5.3 - FT YSSY v2.1 + tree fix - ORBX AU YSSY *.bgl files are off - ...

Re: Tree located on RWY07 Threshold?
Hi Steve, unfortunately I have no idea what may be the cause of your trouble, but maybe I can help narrow down the problem a bit. I have noticed "Cooks River" and "Muddy Creek" are completely missing in your scenery. This is what it should look like: http://abload.de/img/079usyu....

Re: fir trees
What would be a better tree? Like any other tree you can see in the background of the picture above? ;) Edit: But allow me to answer your question a tad more specifically: For example the 'London plane' (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Platanus_%C3%97_acerifolia) or the 'Belah' (https://en.wikipedia....

Re: fir trees
Well, while in fact Australia has several indigenous conifers, firs are none of them and a rather uncommon sight as far as I am aware. Albeit firs are actually being cultured in Australia for the sake of christmas, they don't really show up that much in natural surroundings. Wheather it may be on co...

Nice! Would be good to know what that file actually is good for though.

fir trees
Hi folks, I have a problem with fir trees 'growing' all over the place near the airport perimeter. http://abload.de/img/2015-6-15_14-56-9-445mmurc.png Frankly I am uncertain who to address with this issue, as I am not sure if those fir trees come with fly tampa libraries or if they are FTX HD trees....

Re: elevation issues
Found the culprit! A freeware package from OZx that provides Australia with POIs and smaller airstrips was enabled in the scenery library. Disabling the package fixed the issue. http://abload.de/img/2015-6-11_18-31-14-16chbgs.png http://abload.de/img/2015-6-11_18-31-50-20eeaym.png Thanks for your he...

Re: elevation issues
Tried to restart several times but the issue persists.
As for the mesh, I am using 'FS Global 2010 FTX Compatible'. Disabling the mesh package did not help either.

elevation issues
Hey George. First of all let me congratulate you and the whole FT-team on the release of Sydney Intl. It truely is fantastic and I love it! Nonetheless, I ran into some issues with the airport elevation (at least I think that is the case), no biggies for me but maybe this can be looked into still. F...
