MSFS, you do see this with some developers with the incorrect windsock (180 degree's incorrect exactly).

I believe the developer needs to apply a simple fix and it solves it.

Latest update I had no issues falling through the bridge in P3d v5

Came here to say the same thing , picture attached for runway 29. DME is off by around 1,7dme and then also the papi is not aligned.

P3d 5.1 HF1 still no real joy. FPS are just always going to be super low here. An uninstall.
