Two issues - 26L no DME and an errant truck

Not receiving the DME on 26L... shouldn't there be one?

Minor thing but this truck's parking is a little inconvenient...

According to the chart, 26L should have a DME. I'm not in a position to look at mine. You do have the 26L hotfix right?

Re-download the afcad_update from hotfixes thread.
please make sure to follow the process again (ie switch to Standard crosswind before applying the patch)
