FT have already started to roll out P3D v4 native installations:

This comes after George posted this flytampa (dot) org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=58761 last month.

And to avoid misunderstanding martin should change the year in "last updated" on the "purchase" site to 2018

I expect once KLAS and KBOS are released, and both CYUL & LGAV are updated, the development team will look at Kai Tak and Dubai.

That's not forgetting that KATL is being worked on - it's a very busy time for FT!

I have a simple question. I have P3dV3 and V4 installed simutaneously on the same computer. I want to keep v3 until v4 is all migrated over. I have several flyTampa airports in V3 such as St Marteen, Midway, Tampa.

I still have the downloaded airports in my download folder.
What are the steps to get them into V4?
Do I simply run the same file again and hope it directs me to v4, then install the patch? Or do I run the patch first and then do the airport install?

Instructions on how to install are on the patches page:

"These ZIP updates get added to the latest version of each airport, current versions are listed here."


So you install the latest version EXE, point to the P3D v4 folder during insallation and only after its done installing, you apply the ZIP patches.
