Only one runway selectable

After having installed FlyTampa-Copenhagen only one runway is selectable for take off. This goes for P3D v. 3 and P3D v. 4
What is the easy to medium way to correct this problem?

This is not good!
For more than two weeks still no answer.
And it does not help using the configurator.
Only 04R is selectable and all the parkings.

Come on - someone must know what to be done......

The AFCAD only have one start position for each of the 2 files. And only the runway that is usually used for takeoff depending on the wind.
