I not able to browser the Universel installer, I choosed the file and I can't do next to install.

When a download files KLAS, asked me enter user and password? Where to create that? with de forum?

Finally, the third files, he copy all files on the customer scenary, and it's doesn't work.

If you are using the FlyTampa installer, it requires the email you used to purchase the product, and the serial number sent to you after purchase. I am assuming that you purchased it directly from FlyTampa, if not, then you will not be able to use the installer, and must download it from the store where you did purchase it.
