Can static aircraft be removed in FlyTampa-version of EKCH for MSFS?

So I get that it's not possible to remove static aircraft at EKCH with the MSFS marketplace edition, but can you do it on the version bought straight from FlyTampa?

I didn't know any better when I got my first payware airport, so I bought the marketplace edition. Now I'm really annoyed by full gates when I fly on VATSim, enough that I might be willing to pay again to remove static aircraft.

2nd this request. After AIG released their addon, the already populated gates at EKCH is a great annoyance in MSFS. I get that it's probably a MSFS-problem, as everything with AI has been very poorly implemented from the start.

Actually, there's a mod on flightsim.to to remove them.

I would love to see this as an option on ALL MSFS airports. With actual AI now available, the statics just get in the way. It would also be nice if users could easily edit the ade on payware airports.

Is that not possible like it is with P3D, Dave? I do not have Microsoft Flight Simulator, but being able to modify the AFD files in P3D (and FSX before it) has been essential for me. I have made literally thousands of modifications to hundreds of airfields in P3D, so the thought of not being able to do this is rather disconcerting. As an example, I had to modify the FlyTampa AFD file for EKCH Copenhagen Kastrup v1 to enable take offs from 22R and landings on 22L without ATC trying to get me to land on 22R (even though I had 22L programmed as the landing runway in the FMC).

Yes, there is a mod available to remove them, I have done it and it works perfectly.

Can you confirm this is still working for you in SU9?

I tried this fix not long ago and the static aircraft models were still present even with the fix installed and after following the instructions on the download page how it should be below the depending airport in content.xml.

Although I'm sure its a waste of time as FlyTampa support is next useless, is there anybody from FlyTampa who can answer the original question or provide an update???
