FlyTampa Configurator doesn't work

Hallo
after a PC crash and installation of ya new CPU and motherboard I have reinstalled my FlyTampa Sceneries.
But now I canot start my FlyTampaConfigurator. I have it deinstalled and downlaoded the newest version, but it doesn't work.
What else can I do to confugure my sceneries? What is necessary to install the P3D4 batch-files.
