P3D Universal installer for all FlyTampa sceneries

Post by SF-260 » Tue May 14, 2019 1:33 pm

Hi FlyTampa Team,

Do you intend to "integrate" Amsterdam and Copenhagen into the P3D Universal installer sometimes this year?

It would be great to have a clean install with latest updates through the Universal installer.

Planned yes, but I don't know in which order remaining airports will get ready.

Great!

I really appreciate the Universal installer: clean, all in one, no separates updates to install, etc.

I'm looking forward Amsterdam and Copenhagen. I already have Amsterdam and will buy Copenhagen when it's available through the Universal Installer.

Thank you for your reply Martin.

Hi FlyTampa Team,

You have all my encouragements to move other (as many as possible) FT sceneries to the Universal Installer, which I want to stress it again, is GREAT!

One thing that would be also really cool. Another dev has an OpsCenter that when you run it, it will check what version you have and what is the most current version. It will then tell you if you are up to date or not. Hoping the Universal Installer can go a little bit more to take some of the guess work out.
