Small problem with EKCH & EHAM

Hi guys,
Hope you can help me with a little problem I got with some of your sceneries.

My problem is that it seems like there is some sort of layer interferring with the scenery (marked with the red circles)

The shot below is from EKCH where it can also be seen on the approach and runway lights

What causes this and how I can solve it ?.

Hi Peter, sorry if I m not seeing something obvious, but cant see what the issue is? flickering, or different coloring, or?

the day picture looks like there isn't a smooth transition between mipsmaps of the grass noise later maybe. Perhaps AF settings?
