Configurator/libraries issue

I downloaded and Ran the Configurator/libraries. However, when I try to run it I get this message;
"No scenery configurations found in "scripts". Startup aborted.

Suggestions?

The Config Tool is only used for Copenhagen and Toronto at this moment, so if you don't have either of those you see this error message. The Library items that also come with this package are however used in other airports.

Ok, thanks. I am very happy with these airports and anticipate purchasing more of them.
