Is the afcad that comes with KMDW use the star for all rwys active? If not it won't take me long to add it when I buy it tonight.

Honestly I'd have to look into it to give you an answer. We didn't touch any of the Navaids in the Afcad2, its all default.

That's ok I add the star rwys and they work fine. Just did my first flight tonight and it was great. And this is with my AMD +2600 and simflyers KORD loaded and ai set to 100%.

Martin....I am ready to buy your excellent scenery but the lack of a multiple runway AFCAD2 would give me too much grief

with all the go arounds.....Anyone has an afcad that allows multiple runways use using Jim Vile's technique?

I have yet to see more than 1 or 2 go arounds. For your info, go-arounds happen often in the real world.

I have multiple rwys working on mine now. I also made all the SWA gates radius 23 so when I fly my SWAs 737s I'm sent to a SWA gate. I have my ATA 738 set to a radius of 24 so they would go hopefully to an ata gate. I should put one of theirs at the top of the list.

Midway uses only one runway most of the time anyway. There are the occasional times when you can depart 31C or 4R but due to the close proximity of ORD, it is not really used as a multiple runway airport. The only other use of another runway would be in the event of GA aircraft, and even then it is on the parallel.

If it's ok with Martin. All I did was take the afcad for no static planes and added the star then resized the swa gates.

Everyone feel free to redistribute modded Afcad files all you want, just make sure that when you post them either here in the forum or elsewhere, to mention that it is a modified version that the user installs at its own risk since we cannot answer support questions regarding things we didn't make ourselves.

Hey John:

Nice afcad. It solved the ILS 13C problem for me. However I must say when I tested it I landed on 13C and I almost hit a Southwest 737 that landed on 4R. Should that happen?
