Trying to redownload Flytampa Sydney

I cannot get past trying to redownload my order for Sydney, and cannot remember my Password, and when I try to reset it, the form required will not allow me in as it seeks an "old Password". I have never had an old password..what to I have to do to redownload my order? Terry Carr.
