First of all well done on the scenery! I don't think any of us could of asked for anything better.
I did notice one thing. I had selected animated traffic in the library config tool and when I was in the sim I saw absolutely no traffic. I then selected road traffic to be shown in the fsx options and then everything sprung to life. This happens vice-versa as well. Just wondering if its supposed to work like that because I thought flytampa road traffic was separate from the settings in fsx?

The highway traffic uses custom paths & hardened bridges that honour the scenery layout. This does use the fsx highway cars. If we used custom animations for these like the ramp vehicles, it would use 100s of megabytes of data that gets added to the VAS.
So when you select animated traffic, you are just adding custom paths for the built in highway traffic system. Hope that makes sense.
