Download issues with Copenhagen EKCH

Greetings;
I have recently acquire this addon through SimMarket and during the attempt to download I keep getting an error message to contact support for assistance. I had also done it through the SimMarket app and with a different brouwser. Could any assistance its possible here to resolve this issue or guidance be share?
