Bought the Amsterdam scenery this morning. Now it is evening, and I has not recieved a download link yet. I am a little worried!

Did you get any order confirmation email at all? I don't see your order in the backend. I see your other orders on BMT and Simmarket but none from this morning. If you were not charged on your card, go ahead on place the order again. If you later get charged twice just email us to refund a double order.

Hi. Great to hear from you. I did get a order number in the buyingprocess, but that is all. No movements on my bank account. I will give it antoher shot. thx for advise.
