Good morning,

I have downloaded and installed all the patches provided
until now.

I understand from your replies that a s/pack is on its way to
be uploaded here, including all patches published sofar and
new ones.

My question being this one: having all the patches, will
downloading and installing the s/pack which includes those I have
already be ok? I believe this pack will be as a self installer.

It will work the same regales if you picked up the small fixed posted here.
