TNCM fence fix

This applies to the "Complete" and Stand-alone TNCM for FS2004.

Download and extract ZIP file to /Addon Scenery/FlyTampa-Maarten/texture/ overwriting the existing files.

This will fix the fences at TNCM which at dusk/night appear solid.

PS: The small patches that are currently in separate sticky posts will later be put together into a single easy to install update.
