If the FSX demo is so great, why doesn't it look like that ? You know how you feed table scraps to a dog ? Well, we are the dogs and the flytampa harddrive is the table scraps, throw us some more scraps, those screenshots are to good, you're teasing us with just 2.

I "thought" he may have been seeing if it works in FSX......

I think he is just comparing what he was able to accomplish in FS9 to what ACES did in FSX....rather than trying his scenery in FSX. Look at the water in the first shot, definitely FS9.
Just tell me when to get out the card, George. :)

Martin 'might' tell you more about this soon.

Yes it is currently destined for your hard drives.
FSX will be a major bottleneck but we should be able to hack around it.

The first shot is FS9 running about 180 fps
The second FSX running at 14-17fps

Our scenery didn't make any fps difference in FSX. All the MS elements seem to slow it down to 14fps on there own. I did knock up all the sliders though.
