I installed Fly Tampa EHAM via ORBX two days ago. Today I made my first landing at EHAM in the ZIBO 738. While taxiing in from RW27 to gate D31 first the Follow me car and then my plane made a drop down of several meters. Location main taxiway B near the crossing of exit A9.
I use XP12 and EHAM version 1.2
Plane drops 2m down while taxying
Re: Plane drops 2m down while taxying
Where are the four entries for EHAM located in your scenery_packs.ini?

Re: Plane drops 2m down while taxying
Hi, SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/FlyTampa_Amsterdam_0_airport/ is on the top line
Amserdam_1 and Amsterdam_2 are located about 20 lines lower between other airport sceneries. Amsterdam_3 mesh is quite far down, just before the Ortho4 files. Tried to attach the ini file but got an error message stating incorrect file type.
By the way, the ini file order is composed/maitained by xOrganizer.

Re: Plane drops 2m down while taxying
Just tried to reproduce it in XP11 with Zibo 738: Via B / A9 to D31 went fine without any drops. Of course EHAM in XP11 might behave totally differently than EHAM in XP12.
I am just curious, because I found other, but similar problems related to bridges, etc (see parallel topic).
For testing purposes I would give it a try to to move all four EHAM entries to the top.
It might be a bug, but there might also be an interfering scenery mesh layer between the EHAM mesh and the scenery.
P.S: I always rename ini files to txt files, before loading them up in forums. Txt extension is usually accepted.

Re: Plane drops 2m down while taxying
Thanks for your reaction. I reorderd the ini file as you suggested.
Started XP12 and parked my ZIBO 738 at gate D31. Looking back into the direction of the 'gray concrete wall' I saw a nice gray and smooth apron.
In other words: it looks that reordering the .ini file has done the trick. Screenshot is attached.
Again: thanks for your help. Case closed (?).

I mean the new order is not optimal. Mesh sceneries should be at the end scenery_packs.ini.
There must be an interfering scenery between EHAM scenery and the original location of the EHAM mesh.
Do you have a global mesh installed, which is locate in scenery_packs.ini not a the very end?
