Certain textures not loading when arriving from another airpoprt

Hi again, just another issue which drives me a bit crazy. I am on P3D V4.5 and it happens with V2 and V2.1: When arriving from another airport certain building textures are not loading. When starting at EHAM those textures are there however (compare screenshots). What can be the reason for that? Thanks for your support !
