No Apron Lights/Blurry Textures!

Hey guys!

I just purchased and installed Dubai, but I got Blurry Textures during daylight as well as no illumination of the aircraft by the Apron Lights. Please take a look at the two screenshots.

I applied the Update as well as the Libraries Installer, as stated in the topic "P3Dv5 Compability". Maybe some effect folder is missing?

For example, at FlyTampa/Vienna eveything works perfectly fine - No issues!

Any ideas how to solve the both issues? Best regards!
