Jetways Not working

Jetways Not working

Evening

I have an issue at EHAM v2. Jetways appear but GSX won't dock them. When I go into the customise airport positions to take a look there is a jetway there but nothin is populated. Seen screenshots.

Anybody know how to fix?

im also having this issue

My FSDT / GSX is upto date and my SODE is upto date and active.

Be interesting to see what the issue is. Hoping it can be sorted
