Problems with Jetways and DGS at EKCH

Dear Flytampa,

I have recently bought the X Plane 11 version of Copenhagen - Kastrup, because it is my main airport in simming and I also have it in MSFS2020, but I have experienced something that appears to be a misalignment with the starting positions of the airplanes, which interferes with the SAM automated jetways and possible also the docking guidance system . I have provided a couple of attachments to illustrate this.

When I start my plane at Gate B9, for example, the jetway does not automatically connect and the DGS plate is completely empty. To my best knowledge, the plate should say stop and the jetway should connect.

When I then go into the SAM settings menu and force the jetway to connect, you can see that the jetway is essentially to long to fit the plane or, put in other words, the plane is too misaligned for the jetway to reach.

So I then tried to pushback the plane and then reallign it with the centerline. While doing that, I didn't get any cues from the DGS.

But when I stopped the engines and turned off the beacon, the jetway connected.

So my final test was to taxi the plane all the way to the #1 line, in order to see whether I would get any reference from the DGS (which I didn't) and to see of the gate would connect, which is (also) didn't.

I know for a fact that this problem also arises with Gate C36, where I started with my A350 yesterday, again with no connection.

The DGS system does display stop when I override the animation for testing purpose:

I think I have the same problem, and back in April, I posted this:
