P3D v4 St Maarten - PAPI All Red or All White

Hi Guys,
First post on here, recently downloaded TNCM on P3D v4 - scenery is great apart from an issue
whereby the PAPI's go straight from 4 whites to 4 reds or vice versa.
Is there a fix to download to replace a faulty file or any other quick fix for this problem, hoping someone has the answer ?

Did you install TNCM recently using the Universal Installer?

Yes it was installed last month using the universal installer
