Ground elevation messed up

My EHAM for P3Dv4.5 is all messed up. I can't seem to fix it. I discovered that it wasn't added to the scenery library. After adding it, it's not working correctly. I tried to run the flytampa configurator (I also have Toronto and Boston), but it wouldn't run. I got a couple of hour glasses on the mouse pointer, but then stopped. I redownload the configurator and reinstalled, but still nothing. I have window 10 pro 64-bit 2004 updates. 32 gig ram Ryzen 7 2700. Any one have any suggestions to fix it all?

Well I uninstalled eham then reinstalled everything. Now I can load the configurator, but when I load eham no terminals are showing and the airport elevation is showing 4.95 ft. I thought eham is -11 feet. Is this the problem with the afcad?
