TNCM Problem
Hello,
I have the FlyTampa St. Maarten complete package installed. I'm having some problems though. As you can see from the screenshots, I have a lot of items that I believe are default items showing up. This includes the old terminal, a boat, duplicate navigational equipment, several tents... all sorts of stuff. I even see cars driving through structures and walls that run across roads.
Can anyone tell me what files I need to deactivate, or maybe even something that SHOULD be activated to fix this problem. I own just about every Orbx product there is. I'm not sure, but it wouldn't surprise me if there is a conflict there.
Thank you for your help,
Emerson

Re: TNCM Problem
Is there any place anyone knows of that I can go to to open a trouble ticket with FlyTampa for tech support?

Re: TNCM Problem
Is that P3D or FSX? The buildings look like default or a 3rd party TNCM. I will check here to see if they are stock.

Re: TNCM Problem
This is P3Dv4.5. I agree, I believe it’s stock scenery. I’ve only ever had FlyTampa’s TNCM installed.

Re: TNCM Problem
Checked here, its confirmed stock buildings.
Did you install TNCM using the Universal Installer? Check in your P3D scenery Library, if the FlyTampa-Maarten entry is on top and greyed out. Meaning that it is not an entry that you can use the Up/Down buttons with.

Re: TNCM Problem
I don’t really understand what it is you’re asking of me.
I used the universal installer, but I have move all my scenery a location outside the P3D folder. I use the add-on.xml method with an add-on manager. I have a few other FlyTampa sceneries installed. This and CYUL are the only ones giving me trouble (CYUL wil ONLY display the default scenery) Both worked at one point, but I’m not sure exactly when things went wrong or if the two are related.

Re: TNCM Problem
Check if you can find this file in your StMaarten folder (whereever you moved it to) /scenery/tncm_excl.BGL

Re: TNCM Problem
Not got any real clue why it may not be excluding those.
Perhaps re-add it to the library. First rename the Folder "StMaarten" to StMaarten000 or something, then start P3D, it will automatically remove the entry. Load TNCM to see if it is all back to stock. If it isn't and you still see ours + stock let me know. If it is back to stock 100%, exit P3D then run StMaarten/Add-to-P3D.cmd
See what happens after loading TNCM again.

Ok... will do. It may be a day or two before I have a chance. Thanks again for your support.

Re: TNCM Problem
Your advice was excellent, but it didn't fix my particular problem. I figured it out. It wasn't a FlyTampa problem. It was a problem with the 3rd Party AFCAD file I'd added several months back. It did not have any of the exclusion boxes that you all have, so all the default buildings were showing through. I just thought I'd let you know the problem in case anyone else came to you with the same issue. Thanks again for your help.martin[flytampa] wrote: ↑Tue Apr 07, 2020 5:27 pm Not got any real clue why it may not be excluding those.
