Scenery Library Entries After Installation?

I have recently reinstalled both FlyTampa Tampa Rebooted and Toronto wit their respective installers. When I open up my scenery library, whether through FSX or SceneryConfig Editor, there are no entries for either. Should there be?

I have another addon airport from a different developer that I have been told should have a scenery library entry but doesn't. So, if FlyTampa should to, and doesn't, than I have a problem. What must I do?!

They don't get added to the scenery library anymore.
They will show up under 'Addons'

i deleted my lc folder for sydney and i was wondering why i wss getting black textures. could u send me a complete re installation for sydney and the lc folder?
