Custom ai traffic only landing on runway 31

Hi there I bought and installed Flytampa Kai Tak, But when I use ttools to install and edit ai flightplans so that the ai aircraft can fly to Kai Tak, the aircraft can depart from runway 13 and runway 31 depending on the direction of the wind, but it just keeps on using runway 31 to land. So I get a scenario where an aircraft will depart from runway 13 while another plane comes in to land on runway 31..

Perhaps close the runway in ADE
