P3D V4.3 Stuck after installing OMDB

Hey all! I've just finished reinstalling my whole sim (because of a bug I was getting), and then the last thing that I still had to install was the Dubai Rebooted scenery.

With the instalation finished, I launched my sim and it was stuck for about 40-50 min in the "Building database for new scenery files. This process may take a few moments." The sim never went to the main menu.

I tried unistalling and reinstalling the scenery but no luck. Will I have to reinstall everything AGAIN? If so, whenever I reinstall Dubai, this will persist?

Its not a problem I have hear of before. You can try deleting the /FlyTampa/Dubai/ folder and removing the Dubai entry from the Scenery Library. If it persists after that there maybe a bigger issue but I don't know how Dubai would have caused it as it doesn't touch any stock files.

Goto ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\ and look at Scenery.cfg
Search for Dubai and you may have to correct the line something like

Local=D:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\FlyTampa\Dubai_LC

and also,

Local=D:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\FlyTampa\Dubai

with the true location from your PC
