P3D v4 Installation Method

Hello,

Having just purchased KBOS, will the FlyTampa install this airport via the newer LM xml method, or does it use the legacy scenery.cfg method?

I am trying to adopt the LM xml, and trying to see if I need to gather any addl informTion prior to the install. With that, how does one gain access to the KBOS user manual PRIOR to doing the actual install?
