2-3 FPS in P3D 4.3

Bought Boston today and was surprised by:
1) Big letters with FPS/CPU/GPU info in the top left corner
2) 2-3 FPS, regardless settings

Got some work to do there buddy. New all-time record low frame rate.

I've an old I7 & 1070 and can manage 45 with the PMDG T7.

Problem SOLVED!
CAM monitor software from NZXT caused it! Whenever it shows overlay with FPS everything comes to a stop.
Tricky part about it: overlay appears in a few areas around the world such as US East Coast. It's not shown in Australia or New Zealand. I just disabled overlay in settings and FPS jumped to 23-25. Not ideal but MUCH better than before.
Sorry for connecting it to Boston scenery. Has nothing to do with it really...

Hello!

Me too I have low FPS even if I have an I7 4790K and GTX 1080ti. I dont have CAM monitor software from NZXT, I set graphic to default in P3D 4.3 6.

I would like to know what is your setting to have 45 FPS with an I7 and 1070
