All black ground

Just bought and installed Tampa Rebooted. I am using P3Dv4.2. All the scenery is there including the Sky Bridge, but at KTPA itself, the ground, taxiways, runways and a couple of roads just outside the airport are all bright black. It looks like shinny new blacktop. There is no concrete or grass. I have installed the patch and the libraries.
