Scenery texture issue

Good day guys, i have tried everything to try and get this scenery right in my sim. I've installed the latest patch, ran the ORBX vector tool, disabled mesh. The only traffic I have is UT Live and I don't have any Aerosoft Boston scenery installed. Please see attached pics

Clipping ground poly. Could be a mesh scenery, duplicate afcad etc. Looks okay in first shot.

Well I just started doing a clean install of the sim. Something got corrupted along the lines because all my scenery was screwed up.

Well did a clean install and now it’s all good
