[P3Dv4] LOWW very dark at night

Hello everyone,

I noticed that LOWW is very dark in the night. Have the patch installed through the instruction (including deleting the "... papi.bgl's"). During the day everything looks perfect, but at night it is extremely dark on the airport (hardly any light sources). However, vehicles have spotlight, but not the floodlights. Is this correct or is this a mistake?

It was my mistake, because I did'nt have the FlyTampa Library enabled in the scenery.cfg...
