The GSX file is included in a folder within the scenery folders but must be installed manually.

Copy the egnj-owxlfp.ini file to C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Virtuali\GSX\MSFS

You can also download it from the link below. Don't forget to unzip it first.
