[MSFS] CYYZ Jetway Question
Love the scenery. I pulled into my gate and the jetway from an adjacent gate tried to stretch over to meet my plane. It was not the jetway at the gate I taxied into. Is this a programming bug? Any chance you could look into it? Thanks.

How are you getting the jetways to even work? I am unable to.

Re: [MSFS] CYYZ Jetway Question
Its not a bug. From what I can see you are parked at C38, which is not an operational position as far as ATC is concerned.
There are many parking positions at CYYZ that overlap with each other and cannot be used at the same time. In your screenshot there are C37A, C37, C38. In real life these are used to squeeze smaller aircraft next to larger ones. ATC isn't smart enough to do this in MSFS so we discarded many parking positions at CYYZ.
Your aircraft was parked at C38 but if you look in our CYYZ parking selection, C38 is not available at all. Instead C37 is available as a medium or heavy gate with a large radius. This radius is so large that it encompasses both C37A and C38, so if the AC is positioned at either of these adjacent lines, ATC thinks you are in fact at C37 and tries to connect the C37 jetway.
When following ATC instructions this shouldn't be a problem because ATC will never direct you to a gate like C37A or C38, it ignores them in favor of C37.
To illustrate, marked green are positions ATC is aware of, red are positions it never uses.
