Marketplace KBOS and GSX Pro

Hello, I purchased KBOS from the marketplace, and GSX pro is not able to read the AFCAD due to marketplace encryption, is it possible to request an unencrypted AFCAD file that way GSX pro can read the AFCAD? Please and thank you.

I've not had any time to explore the files for GSX PRO yet but I'm sure FSDT said it won't be necessary after a certain Service update. So maybe they have a tool to read the encrypted data.
