1. Do you have any other FlyTampa Sceneries and this is happening at Vienna only?

2. Are you aware what kind of graphics card is in your system? ATI, NVidia, other?

3. Is it always the same ground and objects that appear untextured when you load LOWW or does it vary randomly?

Okay in that case check if textures maybe missing in the Fly-Vienna/texture folder.

Check for instance if you have the file:

grd_6x4_2x3_hw.bmp

If not, reinstall again into the same folder and see if this file gets copied.

Hmm, I didn't expect you to have it.

What happens when you load Vienna at other times/seasons. Summer for example. Same problem?

I looked over your screenshots again.

Is it correct that apart from the ground the only 3D objects that appear untextured are the moving vehicles? And if so are all moving objects untextured or just some of them? For instance the moving baggage by the terminals.. untextured as well?

Just a thought - try to increase resolution in FS and change for x32 bit.

...and set Autogen to zero.

BTW...People, you're scaring me by running FS with graphically-intensive sceneries together with other applications like AIM or MSN. I'm afraid to ask what other programs run on your background? :)
