Afcad Update

Post by alxvown » Mon Sep 05, 2022 4:07 am

Out of curiosity will there be an AFCAD update soon. ITA, Iberia, JAL, and many other heavy aircraft aren't taking the open gates at the international terminal and are parking all over the airport :(

And on top of that there are planes using Runway 33R (the Y intersection) for take-off.
Any update to the AFCAD on the horizon?

I'm afraid its just the state of Ai in MS2020. I saw serious routing problems with all runways. I re-call them even taking off on the water. Not much I can do other than removing half the intersections. I just switched to online players so I don't have to look at it.

Hopefully it will get fixed in future service updates. A lot of people have been waiting nearly two decades for better AI.

Thank you for the reply!
Would it maybe be possible to designate runway 33 as a taxiway instead? Keep the markings and so on, but remove the runway properties?

Or perhaps just closing 33R/15L to takeoffs?

Making it a taxiway would work but then the Capeair Cessna guys will be upset they can't request it for landing.
