PD3v5.2 Flicker issue again

Hi there

All of a sudden I have fatal flickering in Copenhagen and Vienna (maybe in all of of your airports). No issues with other airport dew-products.
Buildings and lights flicker with huge black squares all over the place making it impossible to fly.
Any idea what the heck is going on and how to cure this?!
Have the latest nVidia graphic driver installed.

Sounds like a YOU problem.

Re install and check you computer isn't shit or overheating.

Thanks for responding...
I've just returned from a holiday trip and see your answer now.

Here's some screenshots from Copenhagen airport - the error will turn up in ALL of your airports installed on my computer (and nowhere else).

And same here as you mentioned, I have never ever seen this issue myself before now in your airports! So really strange!
I tried to roll back the nVidia driver to the previous version, but the issue is still here.

- Could it perhaps be that your common library somehow has become "infected" on my PC?....Keeping in mind that this issue is only happening in your airports and surroundings.

My screenshots are both taken in daylight. The first one is only flashing a little bit with black squares , but during time it will get worse and finally the whole sky will turn black with flashing dark squares. Mind also the dark squares around lights on from the wings! AI aircrafts far away in the horizon will also have dark squares around their lights!

Looks like some sort of texture alpha problem. Look at the black squares on the aircraft nav lights. I doubt its a scenery problem.

What kind of Graphics card do you have? Updated the drivers? Try turning off the dynamic reflections or enhanced atmosphere in the settings.

- nVidia Geforce RTX 2080
- I'm already back to the latest driver version again
- Turning off the dynamic reflections doesn't change anything to the issue
- Enhanced atmosphere has been turned off all the time, so no influence to the issue.

Again, the issue is only present for FlyTampa in my current setup - nowhere else.

Only at flytampa airports? You sure? Its not something I've seen before.
Have you overclocked the video card?

Correction:
Other airports don't flash as in FlyTampa...BUT!! AI aircrafts in the distance, nevertheless, including other airports than FlyTampa airports DO as well have black squares ALL OVER THE WORLD. So the issue could maybe be related to the AI addon "Alpha India" making a mess, more or less, all over the world and needs to be updated... .. I'll check this out tomorrow and get back here..

However, thanks for your link to a parallel issue there ....interesting! I'll check that particular driver issue out as well, of course!

According to your link to the P3D forum, I did as advised there and rolled back the nVidia driver to version 512.77 and now everything works fine again, including ALL your airports!
