Elevation issues (P3DV5.3)

Hi there,

Yesterday, while performing the RNAV Y approach on Rwy 19L @ KLAS, I noticed I was lined up properly laterally but absolutely way too low vertically, seeing all 4 reds on the PAPIs. Wondering why this problem occurs and also how to fix it? Thanks.
