Since i just bought flytampa KLAS for MSFS a couple of days ago, im unsure if this is specific to SU6 or not but When i start a flight at klas - with the airport and the city in my community folder , msfs never finishes loading up the airport. the bar at the bottom creeps to the right until its at 100% but it never goes to the airport. the marque above the progress bar keeps switching messages but i dont think its really doing anything. when i take the airport out of the community folder, the scenario loads fine and i can start a flight.

but with the airport folder there, i have left it loading for an hour and nothing.. no CTD.. but doesnt complete loading either.

One of my favorite scenery addons. The nice video board on the top of the Cosmopolitan would be a nice addition in a future update. Thanks for the great product.

Same here! Paid for software and it doesn't work.

ADMINS: I paid for KLAS for MSFS and it just hangs.
I want a refund. I paid for it on the FS2020 Store.
I appear to have no viable recourse other than going to the
Nuclear Option

Please advise.

Hi! I am on the Series X and I live in Las Vegas so when I started to fly out of KLAS it was drab and not exactly the Vegas I know. I purchased the pack last week-and finally got to it last night. However, every time I load in, with a "stock" plane or a purchased one-after a few seconds I get kicked out of the game and back to the Xbox home. When I uninstall the Las Vegas pack, I am fine. Any help would be appreciated.

I have no problems loading at KLAS (using a PC with KLAS purchased from FlyTampa). Out of interest, the people with the issues, do you have the 'flytampa-libraries' folder in your Community Folder?

I have a community folder, of course. The MS2020 installer did not install it to the community folder.
Whether that is a factor, I have no idea. I'm tired of throwing good money after bad..

FT, how about some support? Please??

They need to be in the Community Folder, try copying and pasting the FlyTampa folders in to it.

The sole fact FT isnt taking an interest in this kinda says it all.

How about addressing the elephant in the room.

I have 3 folders, flytampa-lasvegas-airport, flytampa-lasvegas-city, and flytampa-libraries.

Just a suggestion, try the following ..

1. Delete any rolling cache. Exit the Sim.

2. Delete the Content.xml file, typically ....

(AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Content.xml)

3. Remove all other product(s) in the Community folder other than the FlyTampa folders. Then restart the sim.

Update:

I've re-installed FS2020, reinstalled FT KLAS (before installing any other paid addons)
KLAS now loads and no more CTDs. I took the suggestion
of moving the two KLAS folders from the Official/Steam/ folder to the Community folder.

However, the first time I did this, there was no fix.
Doing a fresh install of FS2020 and then installing this package appears to be good.

Thank you to all and I apologize if Ive offended anyone.

I would suggest to the powers-that-be to address this as it is not a unique issue
soley to myself and I am sure many others may be assisted instead of frustrated.

I had re-installed the scenery like 10x. It would never load unless i only loaded the city. I sort of gave up on it but i checked this thread from time-to-time

After reading the new posts on this thread, I tried to reinstall it again hoping the 'flytampa-libraries' folder would show up as mentioned earlier in the thread. But it didn't. Without running the sim i loaded the installer again and chose the other server, hoping that would make the library folder appear ...but it didn't.. BUT when i loaded up the sim trying to load into KLAS .. this time it worked!... airport and city both .. yay! thanks for the.. motivation to keep trying :)
