Low settings and blurry runway lights

Hello!

Some days ago, i installed the Flytampa Copenhagen where i didn't see the Global Settings opportunity in the configurator.

When i started the sim and where parked at a gate, the runway lights were blurry and looks really weird.

The same with the ground textures, its also very blurry and looks like the airport is in low settings or something.

How can i fix this problem?

I got a decent high-end PC

I9-9900k overclock to 4.2ghz
RTX 2080S
Water cooling
32gb of RAM
1tb samsung 970 EVO m2 ssd
......
