No dynamic lights in P3Dv5 upon landing

Hello,
I just installed KBOS in P3dv5. When starting up with the scenery, everything is ok with the lights. When landing from another airport (in this case KIAD), they failed. It reminds me of a widespread bug in addon-sceneries in P3dv4 which had to do with how the effect files where set up.
Could this be something similar? The bug has already been reported on another topic but was not adressed by Flytampa. I tried adding on to that ticket, but no reaction in 3 days...

I am having the same problem. There is no dynamic lighting on landing but if I start at the airport the dynamic lights work.

This is not just an issue with this scenery, I have seen the same at others but I cannot find a fix anywhere.

I'm not a developer, but I know sometimes this can happen if you're arriving into an airport with dynamic lights from an airport that doesn't have them. Might want to double check to see if that is what happened to you. If not, I dunno.

Last night I flew into BOS from an airport that has dynamic lighting and there was none at BOS, so I suspect there's more to it than that.
