ATC St.Maarten vs ATC St.Barth and Juancho E Yrausquin.

Hi,
I have some questions, why is the ATC at St.Maarten (TNCM) better than St.Barth (TFFJ) and Juancho E Yrausquin(SABA)???
I mean I missing answers back from the control tower in this airports (TFFJ & SABA) when requesting takeoff and landing permission.

Why is there non ATC at these two airports?

In real life both of those airports are advisory only airspaces so there wouldn't be ATC per say but there would be traffic reporting, weather information, runway in use information and airfield condition reporting by an AFISO

Okay... I see. I had think there was a "normal" ATC like the big airports like (TNCM, St. Maarten). But there I can see... Learning every days
