St maarten overlay/flicker

I just reinstalled the flytampa st maarten complete on fsx steam edition. When i load TNCM a stripe appears with dofferent texture, and it flickers when i move the camera. Also at the end of the runway, there loads of patches with overlapping and flickering textures. Please help anyone? I really want to fly on TNCM without bugs
