Correct install steps for YSSY v2 if v1 is installed?

I didn't see a PDF or instructions on the correct procedures for installing YSSYv2 if you have v1 installed. Do I uninstall or just run the universal installer?

The installer will remove V1 if it can find it. You can also manually remove it if you wish.
You can't run them together obviously.
