Dynamic Lighting Issue

Hi there,

I'm having an issue with the dynamic lighting where it does not work upon arrival from a different airport. If I start the flight at Copenhagen there are no issues and the lighting works fine but I've done two flights since purchasing from other airports and upon arrival the airport is dark with no lights.

I've noticed another thread with someone having the same issue but unfortunately there was no answers as to any solutions.

Configurator is set to dynamic lights as is P3D which is evidenced by the fact it works fine when starting at EKCH but not when arriving. Also running the latest version of EKCH.

Any ideas as to whats causing this/a fix for this issue?

Hi,
have a same issue.
Yesterday fly from ESGG to EKCH and when arrive at EKCH don't have a dynamic lights on ground. Exit sim, reload sim, start from EKCH at night, and DL works regular.
Usually when it does this it's because the dynamic light fx controller is missing.

...A curiosity, you use Lorby-SI Addon Organizer? And...use 2.2 version (last) of EKCH?

Hi! I also have this problem. I flew today from Helsinki to FlyTampa Copenhagen and l didn't have dynamic lights when arriving in Copenhagen. But always when my departure airport is Copenhagen the dynamic lighting works fine. Do you have any solutions?

Exact same issue here in P3Dv5, totally dark when flying in from somewhere else, all fine when starting at EKCH.
Tried to re-install, no change.

Sorry guys, it looks like the CPH lights are affected by a P3Dv5 bug for the moment. Any chance that you have seen similar behavior at other airports which use dynamic lighting?

Hi! Unfortunately I have flown only one flight in last 2 months so l can't say is this problem also with another airports which use Dynamic Lighting but l have read in another forums that there would be the same problem with few another airports. And sorry my bad english xd

Not noticed the issue at other airpots, (granted haven't tried them all). Only airport I've noticed so far is CPH.

I just bought EKCH and don't' have DL. Is this a permanent issue?

edit: I can confirm this bug still exists in 5.1. I arrived to EKCH with no DL. I restarted P3D, spawned in at a gate, and DL came back on. This is not working, and it sounds like it hasn't been working for months.

I hope I'm not too late to respond to this, but a long time ago people had a similar issue with Gaya Simulation's LOWW in P3Dv4.

Experienced this again. Looks like FlyTampa is literally leaving users in the dark. :)))))
