Trying to update

Post by Boxcar » Mon Jul 20, 2020 2:12 am

I am confused as to what to do to install Tampa Rebooted into my P3Dv5. I have progressed from FSX to P3D, all versions, to where I am today with P3Dv5. Of course when I started with P3D I deleted my FSX program, so I am not sure just when I originally installed Tampa. I do know that when I was running P3Dv4 it was installed. When I installed P3Dv5 I deleted P3Dv4. Now I want to install it into my P3Dv5. When I look at my stored downloaded scenery files I find that I have the following:
Fly Tampa_Configurator_Libraries_P3D.exc on 4/27/2018
Fly_Tampa_Rebooted_FSX_P3D_24.exe on 4/27/2018
FlyTampa_Rebooted_Tampa_FS0_Updat_21.exe on 4/27/2018
FlyTampa_Configurator_Libraries_P3D.exe on 4/27/2018
KTPA_P3Dv4_Patch.zip on 7/15/2019 and within that zip file there is a file called Tampa and inside that file there is a file called Scenery and within that file are all the bgl files.
And today, I downloaded FlyTampa_Tampa_Update_P3Dv5_2.exe
I am not sure what I have to install into my P3Dv5 to get the latest Tampa scenery to work. Do I have to install all of the above in chronological order?
Thanks

Install this:
FlyTampa_Tampa_Rebooted_FSX_P3D_24.exe
and afterwards:
FlyTampa_Tampa_Update_P3Dv5.exe

Everything else you could delete if you no longer use FSX or P3D <5

Hi Martin,
Thanks for your help. I have it installed and it looks great. Even the rail trams from the main terminal out to the gates are running back and forth.
